Dispute over Ombudsman’s refusal to investigate complaint against bank is resolved

A Dublin man has successfully resolved High Court proceedings he brought challenging a refusal of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) to investigate a complaint he made about a bank.
