AI is the least effort you can do besides stealing someone else's shitpost, every AI image is a shitpost.
How is using AI to generate an image for a joke trend on lemmy any different or less effort than posting a meme?
If anything it's more effort to post content. This isn't trying to pass off art. We're shit posting. Stop hating on AI for no reason.

At least be upfront about it being AI generated when you post. I've taken to surrounding ai content with "π€" emojis to indicate its generated, eg: π€AI generated content π€. People seem to be understanding that naturally when I use it.
Isn't it already pretty obvious? And as you can see, people are getting that this is AI-generated just fine.
It's obvious untill its not, its only going to get harder to tell as we go.
