That's an interesting take on the plantif's side. I especially like the bit where they're arguing that google stole publicly available information. Not sure how well that argument is going to go down, since that will chill what people (and possibly researchers) can do with Public data
I look forward to its eventual addition to the great graveyard of Google apps.
