Today a walked in Hulne pak

Parkland, Gothic tower, lovely views and good walking. No dogs, cycles or vehicles are allowed in the park.

I had to go to a supermarket in Alnwick, but the weather was so nice I decided to go for a walk first. As I only had trainers on I decided walk in Hulne park, as most of the tracks are paved.

The walk starts out with some fine views across the valley.

The paved tracks make this an easy walk, and most of it is easily accessible, though further on there are gravel covered roads and some potholes, meaning it would be difficult for wheel chair users to go the whole distance.

Looks lovely.

I used to live in the NE and had a holiday up and around Alnwick a few years ago for old times sake. Magnificent part of the country.

And, yes, it's cracking weather today - I'm going for a walk on the beach at sunset.
Looks a beautiful place. We've started travelling "oop North" rather than "daan Saarf" for holidays. Not made it up as far as Northumberland yet, but it'll happen
