User Block Instance

Is there a way for a user to block an entire instance instead of individuals? Or do you have to find an instance that has blocked it?

Is there a way to block this fucking question from being asked multiple times a day on every question-asking community?
- I think there's an app for lemmy where you can block posts and comments in your view by specific keywords. Can't rememeber its name though right now. But it exists
