Deep fried cauliflower rules
4 0 ReplyEver tried it with no breading? Just straight raw cauliflower deep fried in oil.
It's a classic in Lebanon. Usually comes with tahini sauce. The cauliflower browns perfectly but doesn't become greasy. It's delightful.
If you have a big enough pot and enough oil, you can do an entire head at once.

Breaded, fried, and then slathered in spicy sauce. Serve with sticky white rice.
