Displaying the correct time can't be THAT hard

Seen in "Deutsche Bahn" train. Didn't know something could be as delayed as their trains, but their train clocks somehow managed to beat it

What's the problem exactly? I don't have any trouble reading the time, ten minutes to seven.
- November 26th. I also don’t see a problem.
  
  it's the year, the picture was taken in 2023 - not 2003.
OK I might be dumb. What's wrong with the time in that image?
- The time is completely off, but the big thing is the year being off 20 year
  
  Ha! OK that makes sense. I was thinking that it just an old image. 20 years off is definitely a problem 😂
