I'm having a really bad day and Radar knows it

I've been having a panic attack for about an hour. Radar hopped up on my chair with me and has been doing his best to help me. I love this dog

Can you please let Radar know I said they're the best dog? That for hundreds of years, researchers have been collaborating to create scientifically the most perfect possible pup and that was Radar?

I've little to no experience with panic attacks and wasn't even aware they could last that long, but I hope things ease up for you soon.
- Lol he is a great fuckin dog. I haven't had a panic attack last so long in years. I was just at my breaking point. I'm seeing my psychiatrist in a couple weeks. I want to see if we can discuss med changes. I've been very unwell lately
  
  Hang in there, things will be better soon. Happy to hear you're seeing your doctor soon, hopefully they'll hook you up with a better med. In the meantime, try to take it easy on yourself. You're awesome, don't forget that
