Interesting question. I believe political speeches are protected in some ways. Calls to violence such as Jan 6 is not. Lying your ass off about everything else is. But I am not 100 percent clear.
They have much bigger fish to fry at the moment. Particularly the DRC which is facing hostility from Rwanda and an incursion of a military force.
