For context, I got mine done just over two years ago. No complications (as of yet...). I've also got two kids already.
A few guys at work were absolutely baffled by my decision, and I even heard one was questioning my masculinity.

I want to but my wife is still holding out hope for a 4th..

I love my kids deeply....but I have no idea how people survive when they have more than two. It seems like absolute carnage.
As a person with 7 siblings...... it is. And traumatic.
