I get the sentiment, but if you read the message the hackers left, they're putting a lot of emphasis on lying and trust. It would be disingenuous of them to mislead their readers in such a way. Honestly, I appreciate that even though they hacked and defaced the site, that they didn't feel the need to be deceitful about it. I feel like it strengthens the message.
Sarcasm aside, it's unprecedented (and/or unpresidential) for one clown to be charged in criminal proceedings in four different venues and not be held in jail.
The man has multiple passports and owns a private jet. It's fair to say he's a flight risk.
