Don't pre-order. Ever.
Why? I’ve preordered all my recent games. Not getting this one, not a fan of the game style, I’ll play it when it’s either cheap or free.
I preorder GOW, Hogwarts Legacy, Jedi Survivor and Burning shores recently and enjoyed them all, got FF16 on PO now as well.
Dunno about GOW, Burning Shores and FF16. Hogwarts Legacy is slightly disappointing content-wise, from what I heard. Jedi Survivor was an unoptimised, unfinished mess on release and apparently still is. I wouldn't wanna pay 90CAD for crashing, stuttering game.
It's kinda the same reason people are careful with Kickstarter promises. They may not be fulfilled.
