Interesting contrast between stories. This story says:
Hawaii (10) & Connecticut (8).

Connecticut (10) & Hawaii (5).
What's even better, is that they were written by the same person.
They're based on different scores it looks like. Hawaii has a bad economy, but is ranked high for its Life, Health and Inclusion Score.
My guess of the top 10 were way off!
