I think a Crossover episode between Food and Style Theory where they cover if and what Impact sports has on ones Weigh could be great

Like, there are so many rumors and myths around if sports even does anything to reliably reduce weight. An episode like this would not only be able to debunk things and teach people who might really need it how to reduce weight, but would also offer a chance for those 2 channels to cross over which would be really cool to see!

Not to mention, Covering such a to most people relatable topic would do pretty well I'd say!
