Last year I started with BeefSteak tomatoes which were a little too unwieldy on my small balcony garden. This year I switched to a smaller Roma type tomatoes.
I have tried so many times to grow tomatos in containers, but they always end up really tiny, and the vines get a bit mouldy. I thought maybe I was watering too much, but when I tried to cut back with another plant, they wilt and also seem miserable! Yours look great though, very jealous.
I started an Amish Paste from seed this year and eagerly anticipating the result. My climate and growing season are suited for small globes and cherries, but I've heard such wonderful things about this specific variety. 😄
