Android 15 will make it easier to deal with notification clutter
Android 15 will hide unused notification channels by default, making it easier to manage notifications from apps with lots of channels.

I'd prefer that notifications are blocked by default (should be opt-in instead of opt-out). The only apps I NEED notifications for, are messaging apps, everything else is just annoying.
Pretty sure every app has to request notification permission now, so it's pretty easy to opt-out.
Happy to hear that it changed for the better. I'm still on Android 10, where it sadly isn't the default. But thanks for letting me know :)
it is really nice change. I just installed a custom rom with android 14 since my oneplus 6t was stuck with android 11

I guess? Seemed pretty relevant that notifications don't really work like that anymore in current Android.
