I’ve never met a ghost that didn’t want answers.
Husband Bob was "angry" when he heard what had happened and took Mrs Johnson for a coffee to calm her nerves, she said.
If I wanted to calm someone’s nerves, the last thing I would do is give them coffee.
Especially when ghosts can't often leave the physical location of their crossing over. Sounds like Mr. Johnson went for a contemplative walk.

Many neurodivergent people find caffeine very calming. I have ADHD and coffee is like calm down water for me.
