Just saw this while getting gas. Why is it illegal to get less than 4 gallons?

Four ways:

1: It’s not.
2: The pump charges a minimum of 4 gallons.
3: The pump dispenses at least four gallons, and won’t shut off before then.
4: A cop watches every time a person fills up.

Personally, #3 would be the most fun, from a distance.
