Man, imagine going to jail for something so stupid as posting some shit earlier than some other schmucks, for something that's probably gonna be buggy as fuck from the get go...
- No, he also stole a bunch of copies and sold them. A good few thousand dollars worth.
- Violating an NDA is a civil issue, not criminal. This guy got arrested for stealing.
- Except he's not going to jail for the leaks, he's going to jail for theft.
