- No gloves. No kevlar. Wearing shorts. Guaranteed those were just regular fucking walking shoes. This guy shouldn't have a license for pulling that dumb shit, and should be banned from driving for the rest of his life. He's a danger to everyone around him.
Well that's one slab of flesh he won't be able to donate in the near future.

Overtaking in that situation was dumb as fuck. But I don't know if the driver of the car was just an idiot or did it on purpose. Pause the video before the impact, the car had about half a meter of extra space they could have used to avoid the accident.
- The car was in their own lane driving the way they were supposed to be driving. Now they probably have a long bloody dent filled with kibbles on the side of their car.
  
  Yes, but by law everyone has to try and avoid accidents. The car could have easily moved over a tiny bit (while still staying inside the lines!) and fully avoided this.
  
  Of course the biker is at fault, but the accident was avoidable.
- Bikes can be hard to see, it's possible the car driver didn't register what was happening till it was too late
