Built in 1903, the 13-story Beaux Arts Classic-designed building, located at the corner of Ninth and Main Streets downtown, was converted from a 61,000-square-foot Class B office space.

Very cool looking building. Awesome to hear they want to convert the surface lot just south of it to mixed apartments/condos too. Time to fill downtown back up with residents.
