Isn’t that like banning someone for having a beer at a country concert?
Okay... I get how others around him may have not liked the smoke, but when it comes to drugs... why is alcohol accepted?
Alcohol doesn’t impact the people around you until you drink it and become a drunk asshole.
Submitting other people to unwanted 2nd hand smoke is a dick move no matter what it is.
It’s not about what the drug does it’s about how it’s consumed. If weed is legal there I bet he’d be allowed edibles.

That said cannabis IS legal in Nevada but possession and use in public is still a misdemeanor so 🤷
Years of acceptance and you can't get a contact buzz from being around drinkers. Also the scent of a beer doesn't carry as far as weed. I agree it's dumb if one is legal for a venue then both should be.
