Nah that wouldn't be at all what i'm talking about. That's just like a city builder colony builder rimworld type thing. I want something where you have like a magic dungeon core and the mana it gives off serves as like the basic trophic layer for dungeon monsters, who then feed on each other, creating more powerful monsters, whose loot (plus loot generated by the dungeon itself) lures in adventurers, whose deaths in the dungeon fuel more mana circulation.
I want the game to be about building the health of a dungeon ecosystem (which is basically ultimately an eldritch horror that feeds on the lives of those who enter)
If you look up the game Star Wars: the Gungan Frontier, i basically want that crossed with the anime Dungeon Meshi
