What is this logo from a truck's window decal?

The truck also had one of those “don’t tread on me” decals, if it helps narrow it down.

Saw this random video, curious what kind of machine it is of

@sag@lemm.ee shared a link to this great site earlier and I've been watching random videos on it, and this came up.

It's of no importance, just curiosity about both what the machine is, and will anyone on here recognise it (could be pretty generic for its field, my guess might be medical/imaging? or could be something unique, I have no idea!)

What kind of stone is this mantle?

So, I found this stone mantel behind the garage of the 100 year old house we just bought. It was mostly buried in the dirt. Fits our mantel perfect. Some sort of green stone. Was painted black at some point. I'm trying to strip the paint and want to refinish the stone. Area is southeast of Pittsburgh. Father of the man who built the house was an Italian stonemason that immigrated.

Don't think it's slate, has a tight grain and rings when you knock on it.

What is this connector?

I have a project I'm doing where a small hobby board has connectors for different things, including LEDs. I don't want to use the original LED strip, and would like to make a single LED that plugs into the board instead, but I don't know how to identify/find this connector. Can anyone help?

What is this awful thing?

This awful creature was, according to my partner, found under or black walnut tree, attached to or emerging from the neck of a very-recently killed bunny that the dog had (killed within the last ~15m). Any idea what it is? More pics available.

It's not smooth like a slug/leech, but has a textured surface. It looks like a grub, but what would a grub be doing attached to a bunny? It has an obvious mouth and anus. She described the mouth part as "hexagonal", which she saw open while it was alive, coming off of or out of the Bunny's neck (it was in or by by a wound it didn't necessarily inflict).

I think it's probably just congealed evil and should be thrown into a fire, along with everything it touched except the puppy, and that's how it's going to get me.

My opinion is obviously tongue-in-cheek, but what is this really?

Mounted on motorway partitioner in Cyprus

All along the motorway these things are mounted on the crash barrier between the lanes. There's one crash barrier for each direction of traffic and only one of them has these things mounted.

There's a couple of different colors, the darker ones fewer, no idea if that is on purpose or coincidence. There's some with white and red stripes at regular intervals.

I can't figure the purpose of these, does anyone know?

What is this big concrete block? (It’s for storm water)

I see these things at construction sites pretty often and have no idea what they are for.

It’s about 5 feet tall, 2 feet wide, 2 feet deep, 3-inch wall thickness and hollow. Big circular indents on each side. They’re usually empty, sometimes with random litter inside.

What is its purpose?

what is this

I live in Arizona. These have been coming out in the evening. They are 1-2” long and looking like really skinny earthworms. I took it to the local pest supply store and they had never seen anything like it.

Update: my pest control company had never seen anything like it. They sent some examples to ASU to identify. Turns out they are a type of millipede. Very uncommon in this region.

What is this thing? Flashing red light with a button in my car. I pressed the button and the red light stopped blinking.

I bought a '21 Corolla SE from Carvana through a "partner". The partner may have been Hertz since the license plate holder that came with the car says Hertz on it. Carfax says this car was for personal use, so the details are a bit hazy to me.

I intend to install a dash cam and was looking for the interior fuse box and found this thing. As in the title, the red light was blinking until I pressed the button next to it.

The car had some trouble starting, and I suspect a weak battery. If Hertz had this car, could this be part of a tracking system? It would explain battery drain, but I'm not sure.

What are these weird spoons we have and what are they for?

These spoons have a weird flattened part on the side. I thought they might be worn down from stirring at first but we have about a dozen of identical looking ones so that theory is out. Anyone know?
