That hair is criminal
I refuse to believe someone made this unsatirically. (Is that a word? What word am I looking for?)
My problem is that since the first time I've been able to vote, the Democratic party has shown they don't care about who the people may want. They will actively suppress whoever isn't their chosen one. And there are cases where they fund ads for their crazy opposition instead of building a meaningful case for their candidate. I voted for Biden originally, and I will not vote for Trump now, but I need more than "vote for me because I'm not the other guy", especially the second time around. If Trump wins, it's because the Democratic party shot themselves in the foot. Party cohesion is made by leaders who listen to their constituents.
This whole situation happened so fast and it confuses me
Just watched a SomeOrdinaryGamers video about this a couple days ago. Muta gave Nothing too much credit saying the texts etc would probably be encrypted. But lol "plain text". They crazy for that.
I have definitely come across accounts sexualizing breastfeeding. Especially on Instagram. It's so fucking weird and gross in that context.
Gotdamn yall. Some men think it's hot, some men don't. Some women do wear makeup for others, some women don't. More broadly, no one group does anything for a single reason so we need to stop being so combative online about shit posts.
At this point I'll take 10% reduction over 0%. And I think I highlighted the weak point of Maine's yellow flag law. There was literally a person who could have created distance between the person and his guns, and they didn't. What would you like to have happen?
I wholeheartedly reject the Maine mass shooting is a product of gun manufacturers. Maine literally already has yellow flag laws where this guy should have been separated from his firearms when he was admitted to the psych hospital. The Maine mass shooting was a failure of the state and people do not want to accept that. The Sheriff that should have stepped in did not do so and THAT is unacceptable. I'm so over people using tragedies to prove their unrelated points. If gun manufacturers were really the problem we'd see millions of domestic murders based on the fact that there's like 100 million more guns in circulation than there are citizens of the US.
Ngl the lemming thing went over my head too, so thanks for explaining
Dang that's even cooler than the one I got!
I thought mine was pretty cool
I mean, there are states that will deny someone a firearms license if they have been to a mental facility within a certain period of time. Even after that amount of time is up, you have to take a psych eval before being able to reapply for the license. So, the way I see it, what I'm saying isn't too far off from being implemented.
Honestly in this last one I think the proper authorities really dropped the ball. As soon as this guy went into a mental facility he should have been flagged for having guns and steps should have been taken to restrict his access to them. You're using a very broad brush to paint all gun owners one way when it's absolutely not the case. Some people take self defense extremely seriously. Look out at human history. Look out at the natural world. Killing is a serious constant in life. If you want to see what people are capable of when one group of people have guns and another doesn't, look at Israel v Gaza. Look at slavery. Small groups of people can control large groups of people solely for having guns. So coming back to self defense, the gun is the greatest equalizer, unfortunately. I believe in having smart, efficient, and effective gun laws, but at the end of the day I only put 100% faith in myself for protecting myself.
I think everyone I've talked to who carries a gun hopes to never have to use it in a life or death situation. I love guns and hate people who use them to kill.
As someone who is learning, I think it's imperative to understand that chatgpt has limitations that cannot be overlooked. It's pretty good if I make some silly syntax or formatting errors, but at the core I have to understand what I'm working with if I want to be a better programmer. I love the conversational nature because I often have a hard time wording questions, so it helps me in that regard as well. Idk if you want to be truly good at something you have to be more reliant on yourself than external tools.
I've never seen a fact this hard in my entire life
Too late
Rookie mistake
Hello all! Do any of you have advice on what kind of lenses/film/anything to use to shoot live music? I shoot around for fun with a Minolta Srt-101 - I forgot what lens I'm sorry! - but I'm just interested in any advice you find people have to offer.
