I don't think much is unusual here. You can throw a rock and hit someone that takes a walk in nature for their mental health.

Go camping. Seriously, just go camping. Start with a state campground, something not too far away, learn what you need to bring to live, and then explore some more. Look up boondocking.

Get outside. Go camping.
