  • tldr; The NSFW tells us what your ideas are.

  • Dunno - I don't get to find out. If a dog comes in I have to go out. And cats would be ok, if they didn't have an endemic disease and didn't devastate the local wildlife and came when you called.

But no, I think I'm a people oriented person - you can get a conversation out of them. And I heard there were very few pets posting to Lemmy.

  • The cactus suggests a warm climate. Is there any problem if the laptop overheats?

  • The workplace, that has no need for hygiene or customer care, fine. My workplace? No. It's me or the dog and no half measures. Same for cats - I don't need toxoplasmosis.

  • I'd cheer if it was Thorium. Uranium is only going to get more expensive. And I worry Bill is only after the tech that goes into UK submarines powered by these small RR reactors.

  • At first, just our city heat islands become more so. Then the North African nations realise how much money can be made exporting green electricity. And competition brings that ecological disaster closer.

  • Another messenger = another target for all who hate it. This is another way - let's see them target that channel.

  • Solar may cause disruptions in climate. Cover the outback in solar? Those dark panels make more heat than 'leccy and stops the light ground bouncing the Sun back into the sky.

  • Hidden in my Lemmy avatar is a story, one that is often misinterpreted. You'll need lateral thinking to answer the questions I've put at the end.

  • I chuckle at people who can't understand the short story hidden in my Lemmy mugshot.

  • Nope. Take this seemingly identical pic. You see them all the time on the net. But look at what's inside it. Add a password and there is your private space. Questions?

  • Seditious thoughts. Unless Op means in breach of current laws.

  • That smoking is bad for them. You'd just be banging your head against their socially-acceptable-at-the-time drug addiction.

  • Well I use it and if Chrome or FF can't handle it there's an add on (f or c). It's a matter of pressure - like from the camera makers, who's devices can now store more than old jpg can hold.
