This is what underfunding education for decades and TikTok does to a country. Romania has the highest number of TikTok users per capita in Europe.
It applies to instances outside Romania if the user is Romanian in Romania. There are no major social media companies based in Romania, and yet the law still applies on TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.
The fact that the law is selectively applied against one side but not the other is a different issue.

In quite a few cases, misinformation is worse than no information. Friend of mine now spends half his work day rejecting broken code generated from ChatGPT that would break the codebase if merged.
An interesting point I heard the other day: if AI can replace entry level jobs, doing simple scripts that AI can definitely do (because it essentially just spits out the stack overflow/Reddit/etc training data verbatim), then companies no longer need entry level programmers.
If they don't need entry level programmers, how do you get future senior programmers? Skipping directly to advanced stuff without getting practical experience on the simple stuff is incredibly hard.
What happens when the current senior programmers retire in larger numbers, and there's very few replacements because the ladder is gone?

To me, "guys" has been a gender-neutral term for a while now. At least that's how it's used here in my little bubble in Europe.

That's not how the word is commonly used though. In common parlance, everyone understands "anti-Semitic" to mean "anti-Jew", even though that's not what it means etymologically.

My younger cat taught me to play fetch with her. She finds a receipt or other small bit of paper, brings it to me, and wants me to crumple it into a ball.
