  • Ride share. It's supposed to mean "Hey, I'm going this way and if you are too, you can ride with me." It is currently used to mean ride hailing. You hail or call the ride with the apps and then pay for the ride. The driver and app developer isn't sharing anything.

  • I think it's from Generation Kill, where the Marines are bounding and when it's the journalist's turn, he runs back and forth instead of in a straight line and explains it with "Serpentine!"

  • Her acting was excellent but her accent was all over the place. I like her. She's good in Dune, too. I don't remember noticing her accent one way or other in that. I'm going to read the books and I'm looking forward to S2.
