Ya, their monetization practices are fucking wild. League is still a great game in itself, so there's hope we will see another good RTS. Tencent also owns Path of Exile as well, so here's hoping!
From what I recall it is more of a way of life than a religion (or philosophy for that matter), again this was taught to me 12 years ago at FGCU so take what you want from that.

I don't know about your servers but I frequently get 5 min queues in NA (queueing Top/Bot) and I'm only in Gold.

Personally never been a fan of Lethality Caitlin, the traditional crit builds are better and scale better. BUT if you want to play Lethality I recommend looking up FSNx Saber, he plays A LOT of Caitlin and has lethality videos on his channel.
My career path in customer service started as I desperately needed a job during the summer after High School ended. One of my coaches was a manager at a Valet company and got me the job ($4.20 p/h + tips). Now I work for a financial firm doing internal customer service making ~$27 p/h.
