The stress of massive court judgment deadlines approaching seem to be breaking him as his best shot at getting 4 Billion vanishes before his eyes. Meanwhile Biden looks like your average retirement home resident. Don't get me wrong, I like what he's done, but both of them are just too damn old for this.
