can the weight of millions of balloons be heavy enough to pop the balloons at the bottom?
I'm just going to throw a random thought into the mess. The balloons would be moving. Essentially, they would be vibrating from all the micro bumps. I think either the electrostatic energy or the heat generated by friction would pop balloons more readily than the weight itself.

Breath of the Wild/TotK has the worst cel-shading I've ever seen. It works okay enough for long-draw-distance landscapes, but is horrendous for close details, particles, clothes, and especially faces
