Lure an enemy to a location near the trap, then throw something into the trap. Make sure the trap is closer to the enemy than to you.

This might be a bug. This counter still appears on the desktop version (Windows version to be exact), even with the Windows version from GitHub.

That means Aqua Brews have another use: get free Potions of Purity! I usually save Potions of Purity to deal with the Rotting Fist + another fist combo (especially ones with ranged attack ability). When you enable the Badder Bosses challenge, two fists will appear at the same time).
