I've only got basic experience with Blender's grooming system, but here are my would -be checkpoints:

1. Check the UV map is in good condition, that those bald polygons are properly mapped;
2. Check normals are facing the right way for the entire surface
3. Check the hair isn't poking through the other side or lying parallel to the surface, which seems obvious and you probably already did;
4. Check you are displaying all hair curves on your viewport, that your limits are enough for the amount of curves

English and Spanish, unfortunately I don't speak Italian. I should learn to perhaps, I like the way it sounds.

It is a decent set and forget universal ad blocker, however, you need to make sure you are downloading a v5 and not the v6 or it will not work. Also, you need to deactivate it and reactivate it whenever you restart your phone, this is a minor issue but it needs that kick every time your system reboots.

Full disclaimer though, if you are playing games or running something that relies on ads to work (ie "watch the next ad to get 50 points!" ) blokada may break these types of apps so it may not be suitable for you.

Blokada. I downgraded to V5 and I won't change it anytime in the foreseeable future. Whenever I can no longer use v5 I might have to find a different method of filtering ads.

Edit: also, OP, I recommend trying Blokada 5 if ads is what's annoying you in other apps. Blokada blocks ads on your phone, for all apps, not just a specific app.

Wacom tablet I guess? I would hardly call it a luxury though, but it paid itself off in no time.

Otherwise my wallets. I've had one for a very long time which was really good quality and then I bought another one which I've had for years too, still in mint condition. Although I'm feeling the itch for a new one now. And guilty as well :/

Fair, sounds like I would give it a try and see how it goes. Often deals like these have the potential to ruin a relationship if something goes wrong, so, I don't know. There is still a lot of first hand experience only you have had with him that would influence the decision.

I don't know, how much of a pig is your mate? How much is rent? How do you two get along? How large is the apartment/house? How much do you enjoy/hate doing house chores? All these variables need to be taken into account and only you know the answer.

I am also a hater of unnecessarily bright lights. In your shoes, presuming I'm happy with the product otherwise, I would paint over it with a bit of nail polish.

You can get polish in any color you want these days, and it's very cheap. It dries fast and it comes with a very small brush. You can apply one coat, see if the led still shines through too much, apply another coat 15mins later once the first layer is dry. Repeat.

Edit: seeing the photo I realize the shape it has. Be careful with the polish if you use it, one coat or two probably will be okay on the inner surface but don't add more or the button may get stuck. Also wait extra before even daring to test button functionality, you don't want the button scraping off semi dry polish.
