Why doesn’t the steamdeck hibernate by default?
  • Yah all good questions and good responses. Suspend is great for this handheld, but as @PlasticExistence@beehaw.org mentions linux isn't great at suspend out of the box and having a very configurable embedded system like the steamdeck lumps it in this basket.

  • [News] Over 11,000 games now rated Steam Deck Playable
  • I got one of amazon.com.au in June. The price was pretty much the same as the direct conversion from USD, and it got delivered the next day. Obv a 3rd party seller but have been super happy with the purchase.

  • Roosters surpass 20k members for first time ever????

The Club will celebrate their historic 20,000 Member milestone in Round 26, when the Roosters NRL and NRLW teams play a double-header at Allianz Stadium on Saturday, August 26.

Roosters to Celebrate Membership Record in Round 26

Find this hard to believe, I expected they must have broken through 30k at some point over the years. Maybe outside of the Eastern Suburbs they dont have too many supporters, or the Easterm Suburbs people dont even join up? Dolphins sent out an email in June saying they have 28.5k members already.

    Welcome to Central Coast Council.

    Central Coast Council

Posting here as no CCoast yet, maybe I should ask for one.... >As the Central Coast gears up to host Germany and England for their team base training camps during the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™,a key sporting facility will be unavailable for public use. From Saturday 1 July until Monday 21 August 2023 the Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex (CCRSRC) will be used exclusively by the German Women’s Team for training and rehabilitation purposes. The team will be based locally for the duration of the tournament as they prepare for their Group H games against Morocco (24 July in Melbourne), Columbia (30 July in Sydney) and South Korea (3 August in Brisbane). Team England will also have exclusive use of Central Coast Stadium for training before taking on their Group D opponents Haiti (22 July in Brisbane), Demark (28 July in Sydney), and China (1 August in Adelaide).
