With the way the noise and shooting works you really need to work together well, not to mention resist the loot loss rage that can creep up super easy with some folks. Playing solos less fun overall but doable in duos of you get good at overwhelming people's senses

  • It's also fun as hell to play but yea working your way into playing well is difficult and requires a bit of time. The downtime between shots is simultaneously the best and most stressful part of the game.

    But if you ever do get the chance, remember that the low tier guns arent the best but if you're even decent with them you'll never have a problem. Also melee is fire!!!

  • This is a good point, especially since it's too easy to lose your connection or simply not attach at all due to uneven ground. Its not that it's ineffective it's just that its too risky on the exact moments you want to use it

    I imagine it'll get addressed one day, but there's bigger fish to fry and all that tem (fire pun intended)

  • Preach dude, even when I drop in all I hear from some folks is how bitter they are about it, and it always on higher difficulties. Folks on extreme are still roleplaying and having a good ole time
