How to get xdotool to send simultaneous keypresses at precisely the same time?

I'm playing tekken on pc, and my keyboard unfortunately has a limit to how many keys can be pressed. So I'm trying to fix this by using xbindkeys and xdotool to map the combinations to a key press. This works unless the combination calls for pressing more than one key at a time, and I think this is because there is a very slight delay between consecutive keydowns.

For example, in 'keydown i keydown j' I will be pressed before j. Is there a way to let xdotool know that I want these to be pressed at the same time?

  • As soon as we get interchangeable genitals no one will give a fuck about the gender wars anymore haha. Like come on, can't tell me you wouldn't try a vagina on, even the most bigoted bastards must think about it.

  • Lol, who did I call the n word? This is not a fucking cocktail party where we stand around and insult eachother underhandedly through forced smiles and fake laughter. This is the internet mate. I've got nothing to lose over calling you a cunt for acting like a cunt. If you can't handle it, don't be a cunt. That is all. You know damn well you started this conversation off in it's current tone, and damn right I have no problem throwing your god awful attitude back at you 10x over.

  • First you unhelpfully and condescendly harped on about semantics, then called me prickly when that annoyed me, and now you're surprised I called you out on your awful attitude. This is all on you, buddy. Start shit get bit asshole.

  • I went overboard, but hell does unhelpful semantic bs piss me off. You came off really condescending and smarmy, even if you didn't mean to. The half an hour of searching isn't what ticked me off mate.

  • It's for emulation, and unfortunately retroarch doesn't allow using mouse as a joystick. I should really just buy a cable for my xbox 360 controllers, but I was looking for a solution in the meantime.

  • I've tried to take a look, but unfortunately it seems you need to connect a controller for it to do anything. I just have a keyboard and mouse. I've also done some searching on how to accomplish this, but came up empty. Do you have any insight on how to accomplish it?

Thought this would be dead simple to find on google, but NOPE! Is it even possible? I've been trying different searches for over half an hour now.
