    Favorite easy meal prep

    What's your favorite easy/lazy meal prep with mainly Costco ingredients? Mine is a creamy chicken pesto pasta:

    • Cook chicken breast in a pan while boiling short pasta
    • Simmer together heavy cream and Kirkland pesto
    • Combine cooked pasta, chicken, sauce, sun dried tomatoes (that huge jar in the sauce aisle), and mix in gorgonzola/blue cheese if you have it. Serve with parmesan and pepper.

  • Been using porkbun as the registrar and cloudflare for Dns, no complaints. I like the cloudflare interface better and like having Dns and registrar separate.
