People who refuse to learn how to drive a car, why?
Some people certainly are refusing. I know someone who is almost 23 and refuses to get a license. His parents got a car for him and his brother (who never leaves the house) so he could drive just chooses not to. He even had his mom drive him to his job every day over the summer.
Do you practice self care?
Where do you live that floss is expensive? It is significantly cheaper than toothpaste.
Had to buy a certain product to use a certain substance and there's a really stupid new law.
It's for the same reason you need to show ID if you have alcohol delivered
