There were a bunch of other companies who chose Rocky because they are owned by CIQ. I don't think it really matters at this point as realistically the FUD created by redhat has put all of these distros at risk for long term stability.

Basically someone from Redhat is on there saying how they are the victims and downstreams are stealing their stuff. Same talking points over and over.

We use matrix with Element and set up our own video server so that we can do video meetings etc. All encrypted and self hosted.
