Knowledge is evidence based and has certainty based off of repeatable observable data. Belief is educated hope, based on the unknown when compared to the known.

I read that he was the joker in his head, the 1st movie plot basically was retconned and that he is then killed by the actual joker at the end. If that's true then wtf. Why have a sequel that is a middle finger to the film it's spinning off of?
