Pedophiles near to always try to rationalize their predatory impulses with a heavy sprinkling of blame the victim, or anything other than themselves.
If you engage one of them in therapy, it’s the mental equivalent of trying to grab onto one of those old “water weenie”s. They were “lured” by that “crafty” child. She’s an “old soul” and knows how to play men. The old soul bit is a repetitive theme. Maybe they have bad genes. They were abused and now can’t help but to pay it forward. If the system would give them a therapist who was any good then maybe they could actually stop. Those that do get there and admit the full horror of their past actions will often try to suicide or self mutilate.
I don’t see the dipshits who post that it’s “natural” or “to look at history” as much different.
We are in an era that has, for the last 50 yrs, decided that women & girls are people, not property. Slavery was wrong. And so was tying women to men as property. And so is marrying a child. And so is marital rape of that child.
“Looking at history” can only be done through the lens of property, not people, and that is disgusting. Entitled, horrific & disgusting.
There’s a mad flail happening, to be sure, because a subset of old men caught in inertia from prior ages keep spewing this crap at their boys who then grow up thinking entitled things alongside an irrational avoidance of therapy and therapeutic paths. Or rich men who are simply entitled. The Venn diagram here though, between the two, is almost fully overlapped.
It’s a feature of pedophilia that they try to rationalize to themselves and anyone who will listen.
I’m average height. The checkouts are so low, I have to bend a bit to set down items or pack. There’s no counter space for packing a bag, like at Aldi. Instead it’s this low, low carousel wheel of bags that means bend/straighten for each item, heavy or otherwise. The top of the bag carousel is at the height needed for comfortable packing.
Some locations do not provide bags, you have to wait for the attendant to get one or call for one, depending.
The only place I’ve been in set up to bag items properly and without back strain is Aldi.
Some locations show a monitor of you on screen, being recorded, so you feel like a criminal just being anywhere near a self checkout. Bad vibes.
It’s as I keep saying. They’re looking to purge the working class. They must be or annihilating current and future vaccines wouldn’t be on the table.
Vaccines are the cheapest, laziest, no brains or effort required heath care. As such, vaccines are some of the most effective health care. Set and forget.
If you’re there for a bag of brown sugar or a carton of half and half self checkout makes sense.
I’ve used scanners outside of this retail environment and I know how to pack both a vehicle and a box well. But the awkward height, shape, configuration of self checkout and its bags or lack thereof turns me into a fingerless, blind man trying to use a calculator.
Theil and Vance want the “old guard” gone via the release of Epstein info. I doubt this stops. Theil is a scourge of anything remotely human, but the man will probably garner favor from darker corners just by doing it. Now that Trump is fully rattled and yelling, the info releases will likely continue.
During the Viet Nam War, activists robbed paper lists of potential draftees from the federal office housing the lists, were caught, and tried. The defendants more or less put the war on trial. The jury acquitted all activists of all charges. Yes, they robbed a federal office, but, nah. Their act was a direct attack on the federal government and its war, and yet, no SCOTUS.
My main concern for Luigi is related to 2024, the year of the whistleblower murders. I look at that, in terms of what CEOs are capable of. I look at Luigi. And wonder if those same CEOs will allow him to walk even if acquitted.
Well, yes, however there is some predictability regarding people and how they move on groups. In addition, how people flow in terms of the numbers of leaders and non-leaders in any given group. What are the odds of 12 random people who are individual, self starters with opinions with no fear of “confrontation” (with fellow jurors) and no reticence regarding speaking in a group of twelve?
There is a large body of research within the cognitive science / behavioral economics paradigm on juries. Dig in. It’s not reassuring, either way.
For any jury, I posit that it would take 1 person with a personality who knows about jury nullification to present it to the rest. What is the likelihood that none of the 12 know?
Personally, I made no effort to get out of jury duty because of my past studies and research. Curiosity drew me in, and it will again on the next call. You should check out the process, given the opportunity.
