He said “can I plug in my computer” which is universally recognized as “for power” then tucks away and plugs in a cat5 without telling anybody (all of which he left out of the original post and only admitted in a different comment) then gets all entitled and shitty when the librarians are a little concerned.

If this were an “AITA”’post (which it reads like) OP would decidedly be the asshole.

What would you suggest instead? They can't do this for free.
