Why replace lead pipes at huge costs when you can just shoot criminals?
For those (like me) who have no idea what Terra Nil is:

We've tried reaching out to the creator of this community, but no luck so far - the original mods of the /r/Amsterdam subreddit have set up a Threadiverse version over at Kbin.
