Haven't had as bad of a time with Options+ but it still sucks. It somehow acts like it's connecting to some piece of complex and archaic industrial test equipment as opposed to a brand new mouse. It often takes longer than a Windows update and restarting the computer. It also causes way more cpu load while idle than could ever be considered reasonable.
Options was ok, it still had issue and still wanted an account, but it would at least just connect, update, close etc.

Your conclusion boils down to... Rework old content, instead of making new content. I'm not saying your wrong, especially as someone who has tried to play fair amount of Titania. It just doesn't feel fair or reasonable to say that is a Jade problem, as opposed to a problem with those older frames.
They usually don't introduce new tech just for reworks, I'm guessing that the flight is mostly new. They could probably apply something similar to Hildryn.
Titania (and probably Equinox, haven't played them enough) is certainly due for a rework. Luckily we got another Ember rework so they can sell skins.

Could have fooled me, the poorly made trillion polygon models are so prolific that they end up being modded into other games where they also don't matter nor perform well.
When you try to tell the modders not to do that, they get incredibly mad and you get kicked out of there discords.
