Today's Munchies: Bowl Indian Roast Potatoes & Onion. (are people here interested in this kind of post?)
Vague recipe: potato chopped, Onion quarted, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander & chilli powder, salt, pepper, mustard oil. Tossed and Roasted.

I ordered a vegan meatball pizza yesterday with a side portion of crispy roast potatoes for that double carb goodness but had nowhere to share!
