Ok, so I checked a superstore near me, and my updated understanding is

1. anything disinfecting is alcohol based be it for skin or for for objects,
2. things designed for cleaning skin or to be "refreshing/fragrant" are mostly water based.
3. However there are skin cleaning products that are marketed more towards deep clean or dirt/oil/grease etc are almost always alcohol based.
4. cleaning objects intended wet wipes also mostly alcohol based. But if marketed as "gentle" could be water based.

So baby wipes being meant to clean skin and be "gentle", it makes sense that they are water based.

Maybe my understanding is wrong, and I don't use wet wipes that often, but the ones I have I bought like a year ago 60% ethanol v/v.

Well, I have had two people tell me very rudely that I'm an asshole because I got their pronoun wrong because they had it at the start of the presentation somewhere. And I also have had dozens more who corrected me politely a couple of times and then I'd just remember the right pronouns.

It's simple, forbid corporations for buying the houses to rent. They can buy houses to house their employees, but they can't buy to rent to third party.

While I agree with your point that term terrorist is overused, but calling them rebel isn't any better, we can't be picking better words that suggest killing random civilians is justified because it's a rebellion.

Rebels? Rebels target military targets, correct word for people who target random civilians is terrorist.

Just to be technically correct, very little evidence suggests caste system was abused in ancient India, that maybe because figuring out ancient India is hard due to lack of archeological evidence. But most of the horrible abuses of caste system are documented around 900AD and later.

It kind of is war against encryption. I generally say western media covers Indian government in unfair bad light, but this is exactly the type of bad light coverage I support. Call out the actual stupidity from the government.

Depends on how you define white then, is it just skin color? Maybe you're right, but I know plenty of Brazilians that are indistinguishable from white people. We can't call them less Brazilian because they're fairer than the averagei guess real crime is choosing entire cast that is fairer than average and the show being promoted about average people.
