That was a backdoor pilot?! I never knew that.
Thanks for the context. Soooo.... What's with he dick jokes? I mean I'm fan of dix as much as the next dick lover but setting up an emails service that's ball-to-ball dicks is a bit much.
Yeah, I thought the same. I've use mail.com to make burner emails for accounts that don't accept maildrop.cc (one off emails).
Wow, feeb is a great insult. Holding on to that one.
Not that it would justify it at all, but was he Australian? I like to imagine this bewildered a-hole getting increasingly pissed at what he perceives as a transgression of social boundaries by every Australian he meets on his holiday.
Eh, I read a lot of superhero comics and I appreciate critiques of them but this doesn't really do it for me. If anything, its only funny on a 'so dumb its funny' level.
I currently have a load of pirated games and I'm considering moving my systems to Linux cuz Windows is ass. Would this make it difficult to run pirated games?
I didn't know this. Thanks for the info!
Oh thanks. Sometimes I see removed and I thought cunt was on the removed list but its a preferred insult of mine for cunts like this so I self-censored to get the main gist across.
Can we burn this c*nt first?
Omg, when I saw that thing as the group was going through the cave I knew they were fucked.
Image from Bezerk manga for those who don't know. These kinds of malformed beings are essentially lower demons from the Bezerk's Boschean version of hell. Great manga but deeply fucked up.
Weird, I never got that consistenc off them. I thought they were really good! Also, the sausages are great!
Okay, so what issues do you consider to be important? I've mentioned trans rights, slightly more affordable housing and the ACA. I'd also like to add climate change and animal rights .
Right, but is there a longer term goal? Like, I understand not voting for genocide and I respect the immediate goal of non-engagement in that sense. But are you hoping that non-engagement will force the Dems to alter their stance on issues like Israel in the long term?
In the last month, Trump, the Muslim ban guy, has been able to credibly position himself as a less Islamophobic candidate, but I guess you weren't paying attention to that. Here is a NYT article that mentions that undecided voters were considering Trump because of the situation in Gaza (archive.is). I'm pretty skeptical that Trump is going to improve the situation but it is so bleak under the Biden administration that I wouldn't be surprised if he did or at least didn't make it worse.
This is literally the only argument you've provided for how Trump could be better. And it's not convincing.
Other thant that, wouldn't it make sense to vote based on platforms? Trans rights was a hot button issue and they could have gotten better protections under Harris. The new home owner bill could have helped middle-income people actually be able to get a home. Trump's VP mentioned gutting ACA. Those are 3 reasons I voted for Harris.
I haven't seen any convincing arguments that Trump will diverge US foreign policy from the support of Palestinian genocide. Nothing you have said gives any indication that this would be the case. So I don't see how not voting for Harris helps the issues you are concerned with.
As such, I have to ask, what's your goal here? Accelerationism?
People speaking on their phone using a loudspeaker.
People who don't understand basic elevator etiquette and attempt to walk in before people get off.
People who play Karaoke loud enough for anyone outside of their home to hear.
People who drive two motorbikes / bicycles beside each other and talk, thereby blocking traffic.
People who cut in line.
People who don't clean up after their pets.
People who get angry at the animals and not the owners for the above.
People who display a total ignorance of the most basic facts regarding other countries.
Dysfunctionally incompetent and/or lazy staff (beyond what is acceptable for low income workers).
Bureaucrats who clearly prioritise covering their ass over performing the most basic functions of their job.
People who are rude/dismissive to others who are smaller/weaker/meeker than them.
Racist taxi drivers.
Asshole bus drivers.
People who don't apologise when they are wrong and know it.
I can think of more but I'll stop there.
Are you saying that if NYT wants to continue to be relavent then they should agree?
This is fantastic. Thank you. I didn't know EFF provided this service.
Humans already rape animals on an industrial scale. That's what artificial insemination is. Religion didn't stop that.
Also, I don't think the cows are really into it.
Wait, you're playing the OG (pre-Fallout) Wasteland? What's that like?
What software have you found particularly frustrating or difficult to configure on Linux?
I've noticed a general sentiment that printing on Linux is (or at least was) extremely cumbersome and difficult. Why is that?
Looking for a good app launcher for Linux. Currently looking for something for Arch and I see there's a lot of options liks rofi and wofi. What are your favourite app launchers and why?
I'm sure there are orgs that audit FOSS code for security and privacy. Could you guys let me know what some of the main orgs that do this? Do you have any ones you like in particular.
I see a lot of options on Fdroid. Which one do you guys like the most?
Looking for a good FOSS Matrix clisnt. What's your favourite and why?
Automated penetration testing disrupts cybersecurity by offering faster, cheaper, and broader testing coverage.
What do you guys think? I don't think there's a lot of depth to the arguments, myself. It reads more like an threadbare op-ed with a provocative title. But I'd like to hear you opinions on the impact of automated testing solutions on the role of pen-testers in the industry.
5 minute ad breaks every 15 minutes kinda ruin the experience.
Brendan Metcalfe's intro series to list comprehensions is one of the best I've come across. In addition to showing how to use them, he compares it to other similar methods and shows why LCs can be more effective. Wanted to share his stuff here.
