Doctor won't charge you money. Hospital/insurance/bank do.

Doctor get paid from hospital or insurance. Sometime they are overworked and underpaid. Yet dodctor tried their best. Respect your doctor and your nurse.

Do your water pipe (the clean water from government that you can drink) still working or dried up ?

If your pipe not working, then you have to alert government.

For farming, let dig the well.

There should be someone in your institution that will consult career path for you.

For my knowledge, with engineer degree, you likely to become prole (i.e: the one who work).

If you want to become boss, manager, or similar positions, go study finance, business, mba, ...
