Sometimes it feels like weeks or months can go by in a blink. Do you have any tips to feel like time passes slower?
  • Intense exercise, particularly cardio. Search for a good interval workout and push yourself to a barely-sustainable threshold pace. You'll find yourself saying, "When is this going to end!? I can't wait for this to be over!" Also do this in the mornings so you feel like you have the entire rest of the day to enjoy.

  • What are some good games with *zero* replayability?
  • Stranded Deep - one of the only survival/crafting/procedural open world games that has a defined objective and an actual ending.

10/10 don't need to play it again but I might anyway because it was so great

  • Turns out Helldivers 2 uses a real life game master.
  • There have been some sudden moments where maybe one planet was too easy or one was too hard and [Joel] had to get up in the middle of the night.

I laughed out loud that they woke this poor dude up in the middle of the night. Like how did that conversation go? "Joel! EMERGENCY! POPLI IX is too hard! Wake up and fix it!"

Jokes aside, I think it's awesome they have a game director who can influence the story in real-time to keep things interesting.
